The information centre on Mariahilferplatz was the contact point for everyone interested in the newest information about Graz 2003 - Cultural Capital of Europe.
In an integrated overall concept with the 03 bar, the Graz 03 information centre welcomed guests and visitors of the Cultural Capital 7 days a week from 7:00 right through the day, closing in the small hours at 2:00.
Dynamic information systems continuously offered up-to-date information about the events and the programme items. Visitors to the Cultural Capital enjoyed free access to several web terminals which allowed them to thoroughly browse through the entire programme of the Cultural Capital.

The 03 information team
The Graz 2003 information team offered advice and service in 8 different languages. The staff’s high degree of professional competence in the field of culture was a central pillar of the extraordinary success with the public and the great acceptance of Graz 2003.
Beside the work in the information and call centre, the Graz 2003 information team was also on duty at the (day and night) box offices for 30 different venues.
The Mariahilferplatz information and call centre alone provided personal attention for 112,000 customers, replied to 420,000 letters by mail and e-mail, answered 34,000 telephone calls, organised hundreds of guided tours for groups, booked hotels and handled the advance booking for 6,000 different events and about 30 co-organisers and partners.
